Japanese Bodywork

What is Shiatsu?

Shiatsu is a traditional Japanese form of bodywork using comfortable, sustained pressure, gentle stretches and movement.

Treatment is performed through clothing, on a comfortable mat or treatment surface. Rather than forcing the body to change, Shiatsu works with your body's natural rhythms to encourage relaxation, ease tension and help you feel more settled.
